We’re dreaming of a white Christmas… Just like our velvety smooth and indulgent alcohol-free Eggnog!

For our final Cocktail Class, mix along with Tom (Head of EU & ROW Sales) as he takes you through the recipe for this treat from our friends in the USA!


6 large egg yolks

3/4 cup of sugar

2 cups of milk

2 whole cloves

Cinnamon sticks

1 cup of double cream

1 tsp of grated nutmeg

1 & 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

2 tbsp alcohol free spiced rum


You will also need the following items:

Electric whisk (or a normal whisk and some elbow grease)



The instructions are as follows:

Seperate the egg yolks from the whites, discarding the egg whites

Beat the egg yolks using the whisk until they become lighter in colour

Slowly add the sugar, beating the mixture after each addition

Once all the sugar has been incorporated, beat the mixture at a high speed until fluffy

Add the milk, cloves, and cinnamon to a pan and heat until steaming – make sure to keep an eye on the pan, if the mixture boils over it will spoil

Once the milk mix is steaming, start slowly adding half of this mix into the egg and sugar, beating as you do

Once you’ve added half the milk mixture into the eggs, pour everything into the pan with the milk, keeping the heat low – don’t allow to boil as the milk will curdle

Once the mixture has thickened, remove from the heat and add the double cream

Strain the mixture and leave to cool for an hour

Stir in the nutmeg, vanilla extract, and alcohol free rum

Garnish with some grated nutmeg on top
